Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed.

Domestic Return Policy: We believe you're going to be fully satisfied with what you receive. However, if you decide to return an item (except for locomotives or brass items), it can be done within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.  And, because returns involve so much extra work on our end, refunds will be granted minus a 10% restocking fee, provided the item is received back to us in its original condition.  Original shipping costs are not refunded.  To initiate a return, simply send us a message through the contact page.

Non returnable items (except for items not as described): Locomotives and brass items.
