-- PCC "Presidents' Conference Committee" -- The Trolley is actually new, but has issues, therefore rated C-6. Testing revealed that it runs choppy with gear noise. Sometimes it would derail and/or a wheel or two would fall off its axle. This is not recommended as a moving model, but for static display on the railroad layout.
